Introduction

 

    This study project investigates the influence of deploying a complete MIS on the essential functions of businesses. By evaluating the consequences of such a system, the research hopes to give insight on both the possible advantages and problems of its implementation. This inquiry will give vital insights for the organization to streamline their operations while also learning more about how the deployment of MIS has a big influence on how the company operates overall. Al Harhty International Group was founded in 2007 and in a short time, they became experts in services and supplies, especially in cleaning services and catering they aim the institutions with high value like Banks, international corporations, sporting clubs, embassies, and sovereign entities. The company has three branches in Cairo, one in Alexandria, and one in Upper Egypt, and they present many services like cleanliness services, catering, facade cleaning, sterilization, plant maintenance, and car rental. The number of employees is more than 1500 because they serve in all governorates in Egypt the majority are workers at the company’s sites but the employees in the head office are more than  30 employees. After looking at the customer list we saw that the company works with 90% of banks in Egypt and the biggest petroleum companies in Egypt, also they serve their services in big organizations like the United Nations, Save Children organization, and many embassies like Saudi Arabia and UAE.
